- Segment the market and define who your customer should be.

How does the personal consultation work?
We would be happy to advise you in person at one of our numerous locations throughout Switzerland. Such a consultation takes about an hour and is included in the incorporation costs (for the Business and Premium packages). If you do not wish to incorporate a company immediately, we will charge you CHF 150 for the meeting.
After the meeting, however, you will receive a voucher for the same amount, which you can have credited directly to the incorporation costs if you set up a company through Startups.ch at a later date (only for Business and Premium packages). The meeting is based on your individual questions. So you do not need to bring any specific documents with you.
Do I have to appear in person when the company is founded?
No, in principle, as the founder of a company through Startups.ch, you do not have to appear in person for the incorporation.
However, if you wish to have your signature authority in the Swiss commercial register, you must have your signature personally certified by a notary or the municipality and forward the documents to our responsible employees.
When can I withdraw my pension fund assets as start-up capital?
You can only obtain pension fund assets as start-up capital if you set up a partnership (sole proprietorship or general partnership) and are recognized by the cantonal compensation office as self-employed. In addition, self-employment must be your main occupation. If you set up a limited liability company or a joint-stock company, you are not entitled to obtain your pension fund.
